The Beignet Truck

Born out of our love of delicious food The Beignet Truck has finally become a reality for us in Los Angeles. After traveling to New Orleans for years and sampling different beignets we decided to make our own recipe and bring the taste of New Orleans to L.A. Our biggest challenge was finding the right, high-quality ingredients for the beignets we wanted to serve. We are dedicated to offering only the finest and freshest ingredients and coffees imported from New Orleans. We have also taken great care in assembling a team of fine people with the same wonderful attitude that you would find from the people in New Orleans. They make you feel special and like you are a guest in their home. Amazing people! Our beignets are hand-made from the highest quality ingredients and served hot & fresh when you order. Every morning we knead our dough by hand and carefully mix in a wonderful blend of spices. After a little bit of magic we dust each beignet with confectioners sugar and drizzle a unique sauce on top. What is a beignet? The word beignet is simply the French term for a pastry. In the United States they are most widely recognized in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
