Teri is a Photographer based in Chicago & San Francisco. Her work is deeply rooted in artful storytelling using a blend of photo-journalism and fine art. She strives to create images with depth and feeling. She is admittedly an old soul and loves to incorporate romance and mood into her art using shadows, thoughtful composition and light as it is given. The last nine years Teri has photographed weddings and commercial commissions in France, England, Scotland, Iceland, Italy, Bali, Montana, New York, Florida, Virginia, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Texas and throughout California. - Do you shoot digital or film?
- My main packages include hybrid digital and film coverage. There are options with a more film forward approach. I love film, so much.
- How would you describe your event photography style?
- Photojournalistic yet whimsical. Deep yet playful. Wondrous yet honest. Intentional and graceful. I strive to create images that are emotional and striking. My approach is a blend of photojournalism and fine art.
- Will you edit and color correct my photos?
- I personally edit all of my images, adding my own style to each photo you will receive in your gallery. This includes photos from a second photographer.
- What is your approach to working with clients?
- Being in front of the camera can feel scary and I am here to help! I provide clear and basic direction to my wedding couples while also allowing them to be themselves. My process is quite collaborative, all working towards creating an artful gallery that feels truly authentic and sincere.
- Do you have any travel fees?
- No additional travel fees for Weddings or Events in the Chicagoland area. There may be a small fee if your wedding is over 100 miles away, usually any travel is already included in the pricing.
