Founded in 1998 by Mina Ebrahimi as a corporate catering company for the Tysons Corner, Virginia area, Saint Germain Catering has grown into a full-service catering company. With an increasing number of Fortune 500 companies in the area becoming aware of our reputation for superior service and high-quality food, Mina's clients began requesting that she coordinate and cater their family's anniversary parties, Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, and other special celebratory occasions. Saint Germain Catering has grown to become the largest woman-owned catering company in the United States. We organize up to 200 events each day and serve more than 7,000 people per day throughout the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia metro areas and surrounding areas. Cuisine from all over the globe can be found on our diverse menu, with a particular emphasis on blending locally sourced meats, cheeses, and fruit into our fresh and healthful dishes. Every facet of full-service and drop-off catering is well-understood by our team, and we take great pride in ensuring that our clients' special day runs smoothly from the delivery of a sandwich plate to the setup of a formal wedding reception space.
