    Marc Weber
    Founder & CEO
    Marc Weber is the founder and owner of ONTHEMARC. Upon graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, he worked as a Private Chef and has worked in several restaurants. Marc was named one of 2017’s Most Innovative Chefs by The Greenwich Wine + Food Festival and his career and company have been covered in a variety of publications. Marc is not only a leader in his industry, but also in his community. Marc lives in Westport, CT with his wife and two children.
    Amanda Parker
    Director of Sales & Event Production
    Amanda joined ONTHEMARC in 2011 as the Beverage Manager after six years of restaurant and beverage management in the Berkshires and Charlotte, North Carolina. At ONTHEMARC, she has risen through the ranks by doing just about every job. Amanda has extensive experience producing and selling top-level client events, and her full understanding of venue management needs specific to each site makes her an indispensable part of the team.
    Caitlin Abruzzo
    Vice President of Strategy & Special Projects
    Caitlin joined the ONTHEMARC team in 2014. A graduate of Wake Forest University’s School of Business and the Culinary Institute of America,Caitlin has trained in both front and back of house at Daniel, Cafe Boulud, Eleven Madison Park, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Her background in high-end hospitality coupled with media planning & marketing experience makes her a unique fit for the events industry. Caitlin primarily oversees all Marketing, Strategy, and Special Projects.
    Xavier Perez
    Executive Chef
    Xavier joined ONTHEMARC in 2013 and boasts a resume that includes prestigious Connecticut restaurants such as LeFarm by Bill Taibe and more. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, Xavier is inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and leads his culinary team with, precision and ever-present optimism.
