Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
A complimentary tasting for 2 is included with all contracted weddings. If you wish to do a tasting prior to contract, a tasting charge of $500 will apply. If you move to contract, that will be applied as a credit on your estimated invoice.
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
Yes! All of our bar charges are based on consumption. You will only be billed what your guests drink.
What are the pricing options for your packages?
We understand that planning an event is stressful which is why we believe in full transparency. After our initial consultation, you will receive a full, detailed proposal and clear estimate of all charges.
Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?
We offer innovative new foods and some old classics with a modern and fresh approach. Our goal is to create a style that matches each client's vision and expectation of their event. Your style is our style.
What menu customization options do you offer?

Bobby Perino-Thompson

Vice President

After attending California Pacific College for the Performing Arts, and performing around the world, Bobby moved to New York. Managing at various restaurants and catering companies in NY led him to Olivier Cheng Catering. With knowledge and experience to create exceptional events he became the Catering Director of Mint Catering. In 2017 Bobby moved to Boston to join the renowned MAX Ultimate Food. After working as the General Manager, he became the Vice President in 2023.
