    Anu Sharma has been in the industry for the last 15 years and has developed Indian Garden & Mantra. She is highly recognized in the industry for her skills, creativity, and vision to create an exceptional culinary experience for events.
    Kasia Firs
    Director of Caterings
    Kasia has been a part of the Mantra team since the doors opened back in 2014. Kasia has been trained by Anu Sharma herself and now manages all the caterings that happen at Mantra. Kasia brings her passion and attention to detail to each event she executes.

    Director of Business Development
    Sonali has been with Mantra & Indian Garden for the last year and comes from a background of management consulting. Sonali aims to grow Mantra and Indian Garden to go beyond South Asian events - to make Indian flavors more approachable and create new fusions that are relatable to newer generations!

      2. Yes! We specialize in South Asian cuisines, specifically Indian, but team is excellent at creating fusion items that are beyond the traditional Indian cuisine.
