PLANNING -Weekend When you have a weekend to celebrate love, we make sure that every part of it will be something to cherish. We ensure that each and every guest will have the time of their lives. The first step in planning your perfect weekend wedding lies in finding the perfect destination. We also find and handle communications with all the vendors you’ll need to bring your event to life. Plus, we’ll act as your guest concierge and assist with travel, accommodations, and activities. -Full You’ve figured out who, now let us take care of where. We will open our recommended vendor list to you to find your dream vendor team. Then leave it to us to support you with vendor communications once you have them in contract. We take pride in handling your logistics so that you can focus on the bigger picture. -Coordination For couples who have done all of their planning, we’ll be the coordinator you need for that final month of support. As full-service planners, we understand the full scope of the wedding planning process. We understand your needs, and will be there for you to tie up any loose ends in the weeks leading up to your big day. This means access to our vault of planning templates and checklists that get you to the finish line. During this time, we want you to focus on you. Let us take care of the logistics with your venue, vendors, and guests to ensure the wedding you’ve dreamed of and planned comes to life seamlessly. DESIGN We translate our client’s vision into a color palette and mood board, and bring their to life from their attire to tablescapes, welcome bags, florals, and stationery. We are big on digital mock ups so that you are able to see your designs before we create them. FLORALS From bouquets and boutonnieres to custom installs and table arrangements, it brings us so much joy to handle your florals in house. We take a seasonal and sustainable approach to design, meaning we prefer to work with local suppliers and our designs are all foam free (which is better for the environment).
