Lerina Winter Photography

Visionary photographer and artist Lerina Winter. She was inspired by creativity her entire life. She was born and reared in the Southwest by business-minded, art-collecting parents. She relocated to the California coast in 2008 from the vast, open plains of New Mexico, and has since made it her second home. She briefly studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art before leaving school to pursue her dream of creating her own business on the West Coast. Since then, she has been in front of the camera at many events, both official and casual, ranging from weddings and dinner parties to art gallery openings and concerts. She began her career as a photographer at the age of 17 under her former business name, Winter Creative Co. Couples and families, yoga instructors and wellness experts, as well as the goods and people behind various businesses, have all been caught by her. Condé Nast Traveler, SELF Magazine, Green Wedding Shoes, Wedding Chicks, Conscious Lifestyle Magazine, VoyageLA, Specialty Food Magazine, Santa Barbara Independent, and other publications have published and featured her work. She now splits her time between the desert and the seaside, but she feels at home anywhere she has a film camera slung around her neck.
