She started her own design company after attending Louisiana State University to study interior design. She started by furnishing places beautifully, which eventually inspired her to design stunning tablescapes for occasions. As a private and corporate caterer for some of the top restaurants and country clubs in the region, Lisa honed her culinary abilities. She was a private chef who excelled both domestically and abroad in the gourmet cuisine sector. Her work has appeared in numerous publications, most notably on the covers of Mingle Magazine, Southern Celebrations Special Food Edition, and In Register. She is a native of Louisiana and is passionate about promoting both local and international awareness of Louisiana culinary skills. She is committed to the restaurant and hospitality industries, donates to numerous philanthropic organizations each year, and sits on a number of regional boards. She is pleased to run a female-owned company. Women make up the majority of her workforce as well. Her business was established on a love for excellence fostered by seasoned culinary ability, a distinctive aesthetic, and exquisitely prepared food.
