    Gino Parente
    President & CEO
    Our Gelato Chef Gino Parente from Frosinone, Italy, has learned and perfected the tricks of the trade. In 2009, Gino brought his artistic ability to New York and the tri-state area with exquisite flavors & abilities. After running a Gelateria on Long Island, Gino then branched out to catering private events. Obtaining authentic units from Italy, he was able to bring his vision to fruition!

      2. With nearly 10 years of experience, we have worked at most of the venues in the Tristate area. We also have traveled to different venues across the United States!

      3. Our president, Gino, grew up in Frosinone, Italy so we pride ourselves on our ability to provide authentic Italian cuisine. However, we love to customize our units to anything our clients request!
