What Chef Adair is all about: Creating extraordinary, delectable dining experiences is both an art and a passion. Using artisan plate design to combine sight, scent, taste, and textures. Hand-selecting local, sustainable ingredients from Northern California. We grow our own herbs and vegetables... Additionally, unusual ingredients from throughout the world have been added, including truffles, caviar, and the greatest proteins. Using fresh herbs and wines and spirits in the kitchen.
