I'm Cate Furtado, a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in California, and I can't tell you how happy it makes me that you choose to visit my tiny corner of the internet! My favorite animal is a cat, and I enjoy sipping tea, watching The Office, and quoting from it. My hunk of a husband, Josh, has blessed me with the role of wife. We have made our home in San Francisco, and we are having the time of our lives getting to know this city on a day-to-day basis. Even though we relocated to the Bay Area in the summer of 2014, it seems like we are experiencing everything for the very first time. I seem to find something new around every turn, whether it be a new restaurant, coffee shop, or spectacular vista. You may find me most days either daydreaming about our next journey, looking for the next amazing dish to prepare, or rewatching Harry Potter for the thousandth time. Because I have the firm conviction that one should make the most of the one life they have been given by focusing on activities that bring them happiness, I live my life in accordance with this philosophy. In my opinion, each and every tale should have a genuine connection to its focal point, which is YOU. The ones that help me enjoy what I do every day.
