Absolutely, we love working with your vendors and are happy to manage communication with your whole team.

Question 5

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?

We are happy to manage all contracts and payments, we will keep track of when all payments are due but we prefer that you pay your vendors directly so that there is full transparency on exactly what is being paid

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

The amount of staff will depend on the location and size of your event.
on average most of our events require. minimum of 3 staff, including myself. We are happy to discuss your needs and wants for the day of the event
