- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes, we arrange and manage meetings with the other vendors. We also attend the meetings to lead the conversations and ask the right questions for our couples.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer full-planning, partial-planning and month-of-planning. We also offer design services as an add-on.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- One to two lead planners will be at every event. Along with the lead planners, there will be assistants for every 75-100 guests.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will pay vendors directly. However, we will remind you of all your upcoming payments due.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes, however we take limited bookings for day-of-coordination per year because we prefer to be more involved in the planning. We believe in being a part of the whole wedding vision.
